Albert de Roos, CEO and Senior Marine Surveyor. Albert is originally an electrical engineer but has many years of experience in the yachting industry and is very broad educated. From 1993 to 2002, Albert worked as an entrepreneur in the yachting industry. With a staff of two people, complete installations for various yachts were designed and installed. From 2002 to 2007 Albert was employed at a Dutch Notified Body. That gave him years of experience in building and testing of yachts and made it possible to develop a practical, personal and targeted method. Since 2007 he worked hard to create his own Notified Body and after a long and difficult path he successfully achieved his goal in three years.

Jeroen Veenema, Besides his work at the knowledge center for yachting in Leeuwarden, Jeroen is a parttime employee of DMI. He is originally mechanical engineer. Many practical experience in yachtbuilding Jeroen gained by building several private boats, as project manager for a famous Dutch shipyard and his function in the knowledge center.

For Jeroen, this is a perfect way to be sufficiently involved with the field. Since early 2010, Jeroen is in trainin for Marine Surveyor. This process is expected to be completed in 2011 and then Jeroen will be fully operational as a Marine Surveyor

Olga Sikorskaya, Olga is a member of the DMI team since April 2010. She was originally trained as Interpreter Russian / English.
In 2009 she received the Dutch nationality. Olga is primarily concerned with the administration of the projects, but with her knowledge and language skills she may specialize in other functions.

Catherina de Roos van Aller, is as Albert's partner closely involved in DMI since it's founding in 2007. Catherina is beside her part-time job in education working at Dutch Marine Inspection. Both secretarial, administrative, as an organizer and as stand personnel.

Besides the persons above there are many qualified persons involved in Dutch Marine Inspection, such as certification chief, management support and the commission who is monitoring DMI's independence.
